- Oats- 1 cup
- water – 1 1/2 cup
- Milk – 1 cup
- Fruits (cut into small pieces)
- Banana
- Kiwi
- Honey/maple syrup – 4 tablespoon
- Almonds crushed – 10
Procedure :
- Heat a pan add water to it after boiling add oats and cook the oats for 5 min.
- Later switch off the flame and transfer the cooked oats to a bowl.
- Now add almond milk to the cooked oats and mix it.
- Take a serving bowl and pour some oat meal into it , now add one tablespoon honey to it.
- Arrange the chopped fruits and crushed almonds on the oats. This is the best part garnish them in a beautiful way ❤
- And your oat meal is is ready.This recipe will yield four cups of oat meal to serve.
- You can store this oat meal in refrigerator for two days.
