Instant Oat Meal Bowl

If you are in hurry and there is no time to make the breakfast then this Instant oat meal bowl is the life saver 🙂 .you can cook this in less than 15 min. very tasty and easy to make it. Add the seasonal fruits to make it more delicious and healthy.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Recipe yield: 4 cups
Ingredients:

  • Oats- 1 cup
  • water – 1 1/2 cup
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Fruits (cut into small pieces)
    • Banana
    • Kiwi
  • Honey/maple syrup – 4 tablespoon
  • Almonds crushed – 10

Procedure :

  1. Heat a pan add water to it after boiling add oats and cook the oats for 5 min.
  2. Later switch off the flame and transfer the cooked oats to a bowl.
  3. Now add almond milk to the cooked oats and mix it.
  4. Take a serving bowl and pour some oat meal into it , now add one tablespoon honey to it.
  5. Arrange the chopped fruits and crushed almonds on the oats. This is the best part garnish them in a beautiful way ❤
  6. And your oat meal is is ready.This recipe will yield four cups of oat meal to serve.
  7. You can store this oat meal in refrigerator for two days.
